Osama Bin Laden Not Really Dead.
Okay, here comes another breaking news fresh from the big mouth of the US President Barack Osama, I mean Obama. It was quite a WOW weekend for (I would assume, everyone) everyone. Initially we had the Royal Wedding, then Mariah Carey gave birth to twins (which I think shouldn’t be included here, lol), and for the culmination, we found out earlier this morning that Osama Bin Laden was slaughtered by U.S. forces in Pakistan, and took custody of his body and his body is already buried in the ocean somewhere.
I would say of all the people who heard the news straight from Osama (oops, here I go again. I mean Obama!), the American public were the happiest since they’ve been chasing Bin Laden ever since those terrible attacks almost ten years ago on September 11th, 2001. I guess justice was just served for the United States of America – or so we think(?)
“Today, at my direction, the United States launched a targeted operation against that compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan,” Obama said. “A small team of Americans carried out the operation with extraordinary courage and capability. No Americans were harmed. They took care to avoid civilian casualties. After a firefight, they killed Osama bin Laden and took custody of his body.”
That statement kinda made me think twice. Where is his body sir? Are we sure he’s dead. A US official told CNN reporters, and I quote: “DNA matching is under way on samples from the body of slain terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden. There are photographs of the body with a gunshot wound to the side of the head that shows an individual who is not unrecognizable as Bin Laden.
I was skeptical – and hearing that he was buried at sea just like that really augmented my skepticism. I’m not buying it. This doesn’t answer why they wouldn’t hold onto his body at least for a couple of days and announcing to the whole world about someone’s death without any concrete, tangible proof I think is bullshit. Now what? Are we thrilled that finally justice was served, but on the side of it, there’s a question lingering on the mind of the public, how sure are we that Obama is really dead? I’m just worried there might be a retribution if in case he’s alive. I’m just saying. Not that I care about it. It’s just that in this kind of situation and special occasion, (since we are talking about the death of one of the most notorious terrorists in modern history), to see is to believe for me. I’d be thrilled if this is true, of course. Obama said that this is the most significant achievement to date in their nation’s effort to defeat al Qaeda – hell yeah, Osama for cryin out loud should be dead long time ago. I’m just hoping soon the US government would show evidences of Osama’s death to stop me, or anyone who’s in doubt, from doubting.
Remember, Osama Bin Laden has been reported dead several times already, only to find out that’s he’s not really dead. See this article for reference: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1212851/Has-Osama-Bin-Laden-dead-seven-years–U-S-Britain-covering-continue-war-terror.html
Okay, so what now? Osama Bin Laden is dead. But hey, there are still Al Queda leaders besides him. You didn’t think that all of it was going to just go away as soon as he kicked the bucket did you? Bin Laden is just one of them, therefore Bin Laden is not really dead. Terrorism and idealism will stay forever, so… way to go people!
I’m just saying.
